Aung San Suu Kyi continued to go to court today. As Myanmar’s de facto leader until being deposed by the army in February, she was charged with violating colonial-era secrecy protection law, alongside a number of minor crimes. If convicted, the charges involved under the secret law could put her to 14 years in prison. Since her detention on February 1, Ms. Suu Kyi has not appeared in public.
