Very good point our health care providers in a very bad position no sick days paid or more like when overtime working & being exposed is not fair. Reading peoples comments about company not fairly treating them sick days thats why unions are IMPORTANT they fight for you! Another reason why US needs to make changes for everyone gets sick days ect. Houston Astros I’m Groot Tumbler. Plus universal health care. I work at a surgery center we have pro, no sick time, we have been told sick stay home but it is counted against you and you do not get paid, I have came in several times and shouldn’t have 1 I need my job 2 need a paycheck medical places are the worst on benefits forsure. Despite having been in two management positions, I’ve never had a job in my life that offered paid sick time. This country is a disgrace.
